1. User Eligibility & Account Security

To place orders or create an account on Tea Heaven, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing under parental supervision.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete shipping and contact details upon checkout.
• Tea Heaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, automated bot access, or abuse of promo code limits.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Product Availability

All prices listed on Tea Heaven are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST):

• Prices, weight variants, and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we strive for 100% pricing accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent technical error, Tea Heaven reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue full refunds.
• Promo codes are valid for specified timeframes and redemption limits as configured in store promotions.

3. Orders & Payment Processing

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking):

• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted once an Order ID (e.g., `TH2026...`) is generated and a confirmation email is dispatched.
• Oversold Reserve Policy: In the rare event of simultaneous payment capture for an item out of stock, Tea Heaven will auto-cancel the order, mark payment as refunded, and issue prompt customer notification.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Orders are dispatched via certified logistics partners within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.

• Estimated delivery timelines range between 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location.

5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy for returns and replacements:

• Unopened, sealed tea canisters or pouches can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged package or wrong weight variant, notify support within 48 hours for immediate replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text descriptions, photographs, custom code, and blend names on Tea Heaven are the exclusive property of Tea Heaven. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial scraping is strictly prohibited.
